Wednesday:

D: Crock pot venison (family), Rockin’ Tuna Melt

S: peaches, Nature Valley Granola bar, mixed nuts, carrots, veggie soup

W: Run 4 miles easy

Thursday:

D: Mandarin Orange Chicken, broccoli

Friday:
